• Provide a reduced chance of your baby developing illnesses
• Provide the best nutrition for babies
• Fewer hospital trips for mums as a result
• You’ll reduce the risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer
• You’ll develop a close bond with your baby as it starts out in life
• You’ll also burn around 500 calories a day!
